Why work at Sports Rehab & Professional Therapy Associates?

Sports Rehab strives to keep up with technology by providing cloud based solutions for therapist benefits and with the patient documentation in our clinics.  In addition to being committed to technology, we believe in staying up to date with practicing techniques by providing in house learning opportunities for therapist along with continuing education dollars.  And we have the best support team for the therapist.  Our support team is busy keeping current on the billing and insurance requirements for our therapists.


How long has Sports Rehab been in business?

SR has been serving rural Iowa since 1982.


What is considered full time employment?

38 hours a week.


Do part time employees receive benefits?

Yes, starting at 20 hours a week.  Accrual based PTO, continuing education dollars, and Simple IRA to name a few.


When do benefits start?

Benefits are effective the first month following your hire date.  For example, if you start August 15th your benefits start September 1st.


When will deduction for benefits come out of my paycheck?

Every pay period.


When do I get paid?

Every two weeks.


When does my PTO start accruing?

Your PTO starts accruing right away; however, you are not able to draw from it for the first 90 days.


Do you offer direct deposit?

Yes we only offer direct deposit.  You may have your paycheck go into more than one account.


Do you hire new graduates?

Of course we do!  We have therapist that have practiced for a little as one year up to over 30 years.
