Our pool is 12 x 25 foot and multidimensional that allows for many different therapeutic, sport specific
and aquatic exercise activities and programs. These include activities form gentle range of motion to
strength building to aerobic conditioning.
Other features include:

- Water temperature is always at 92 degrees Fahrenheit
- Current controls have a variety of workout settings with propulsion jets
- Water depth varies from 4 to 6 feet
- Range of motion bench for stretching exercises and relaxation
- Safety rails are installed throughout the pool area
- An access chair can help ease entry into and out of the pool

Our aquatic staff members will assist you in developing a safe, clinically supervised and tailored
aquatic program. The whirlpool is a 500 gallon spa that can hold up to 6 people at a time. It is
ideal for warming up muscles prior to exercise or for muscle relaxation with water massage for
stress reduction after an exercise workout.
