Sarah Tunglund, PT, DPT, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Buena Vista University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. She joined Sports Rehab 2011. Sarah works in both inpatient and outpatient settings with our partners at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, Iowa. She specializes in Women’s Health and enjoys working with people across the lifespan — from young athletes to geriatric patients. She combines manual therapy techniques with personalized exercise programs to help her patients reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with family and friends and relaxing at the lake.
