Kayla Baker earned her Associate of Applied Science from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Western Iowa Tech Community College in 2003 and joined the Sports Rehab team that same year. She provides care at Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove. She enjoys the diverse range of patient care opportunities her role offers, combining the mobility and personal connections of home health visits with the dynamic challenges of outpatient and acute/skilled inpatient care. Lymphedema certified since 2009, Kayla has a particular interest in wound care and manual therapy techniques for various conditions, as well as post-orthopedic rehabilitation. Kayla is passionate about helping her patients achieve their recovery goals.
