Danette graduated from Briar Cliff University with a BS in Biology, then pursued a career in Physical Therapy by earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University. For the past 18 years she has practiced in the Omaha area in a variety of settings which have included: home health, hospital, pediatric and outpatient clinics. The majority of her experience has been in geriatric rehabilitation, and most recently she was the Outpatient Clinic Director for clinics located in Independent/Assisted Living facilities. Danette enjoys assisting her patients in restoring physical function in order to return to their favorite activities.
Danette is a native of Schleswig, Iowa and is excited to have returned with her husband, Robert, and three children: Jensen (18), Koen (13) and Isabel (4). The Miller family are avid Hawkeye fans, but Danette also spends her free time gardening, crafting, reading, trying new recipes and chasing the kids (mostly chasing the kids!).
