Originally from Rochester, MN, Jason Munden, DPT, holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Jason has been part of the Sports Rehab team since 2010 and works with our partners at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, IA. He enjoys treating a variety patient populations, with a primary focus on orthopedic rehab. Jason addresses movement patterns and corrects faulty postures and mechanics using a combination of strength exercises and hands-on techniques. He also conducts aquatic therapy at the Bedell Family YMCA in Spirit Lake.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and enjoying the outdoors.
