Jessica Garberding, PTA, graduated from North Iowa Area Community College in 2004 and joined the Sports Rehab team shortly thereafter. She works in the rehab therapy department at our partner location at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Certified in lymphedema since 2005, Jessica specializes in hands-on therapy for patients with a variety of needs, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing back pain, and working on advanced balance exercises to regain independence in daily activities.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their three kids, as well as biking the scenic trails around the Iowa Great Lakes.
